Processed Material: Granite
Output Sizes: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–30 mm
Production Capacity: 150 tons/hour
Main Equipment: Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher + Vibrating Screen
Production Overview: Granite is characterized by high hardness and strong abrasiveness, which imposes stringent requirements on the core performance of crushing equipment. To meet the customer's production specifications, the equipment reliably produces finished aggregates in three different sizes: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–30 mm, with an hourly output of 150 tons. This efficiently satisfies the demand for high-quality aggregates in local construction, road building, infrastructure development, and other related sectors, while also helping to improve material utilization efficiency.
1. Primary Crushing Stage: Large granite raw stones are fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing, reducing large materials to medium-sized particles.
2. Secondary & Fine Crushing Stage: The crushed material is then conveyed to the cone crusher for precise secondary and fine crushing, optimizing particle shape and gradation.
3. Screening & Grading Stage: The crushed material enters the vibrating screen for layered screening, accurately separating finished aggregates into three specifications: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–30 mm.
4. Finished Product Discharge: The qualified aggregates of multiple specifications are discharged separately. The entire process runs stably, achieving a consistent production capacity of 150 tons per hour.
