In response to the specific characteristics of the iron ore market in Latin America, ZGM has customized an efficient, flexible, and environmentally friendly track-mounted crushing production line for the customer: ZLT 106 + ZLT 300H + ZLT 6018. This system features not only a major-brand touchscreen and intelligent industrial control computer, but also includes soft-start devices, an iron remover, and other auxiliary equipment. In addition, it boasts a compact footprint and convenient mobility, with a production capacity of 200 tons per hour. The multi-specification high-quality aggregates produced by this line are primarily used to supply premium sand and gravel materials for local infrastructure construction.
1. Raw Material Feeding: Iron ore raw material is evenly conveyed to the ZLT 106 track-mounted crushing unit for primary crushing.
2. Fine Screening: The crushed material is then transported to the ZLT 300H screening equipment for classification and grading.
3. Finished Product Shaping: The material passes through the ZLT 6018 supporting equipment for fine processing, with strict control over product particle size to produce high-quality graded aggregates of uniform specification below 75mm.
4. Continuous Operation: The entire production line operates with automated linkage, stably achieving a production capacity of 200–300 T/H. Operating parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to project requirements to accommodate varying production intensities.
